Christopher is the managing director of Family Mediation Limited. He has been a family mediator since 1986. Having originally a background in social work and family therapy, he has learned, by mediating with thousands of separating couples, to help them resolve all issues of difference- financial, parental, psychological and legal.
Susan trained to be a family mediator in 1993. She has considerable experience of all issues mediation. She is a family law solicitor, running her own practice and is legal consultant to a number of mediation services. She has a postgraduate certificate in conflict resolution and mediation studies and is a trained professional practice consultant.

Julie is a barrister who was called to the bar in 1999. She practises as a Family Mediator and also lectures extensively in Family Law at various institutions. She is a member of the Family Law Bar Association, Resolution and the Family Mediators Association. Julie is very committed to keeping family disputes out of court and helping couples resolve their issues through mediation.
Shomini qualified as a family Mediator in December 2006 and is currently completing her Legal Services Commission training. She qualified in Social Work in 1989 and has worked with all client groups but mostly with Children and Families. She has worked in Child Protection, with the courts, and has had a lot of experience working with couples in crisis.
Karen brings considerable knowledge as a family lawyer, having specialised in this area of the law for 20 years. She now practises exclusively as a Mediator. She is experienced in dealing with a range of issues including the arrangements for children and how the finances will be organised. Karen is also a Consultant at Barlow Robbins solicitors and is Chair of Resolution Surrey (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association).
